As per previous year cutoff trends , you wont be able to get any branch at LMIIT . But dont get upset , there are other options you can look for, like Bioengineering at BIT mesra Ranchi, or you can look for other state level colleges selecting on basis of

For admission in LNMIIT, you need around 145 marks in jee mains and in case of Thapar the chances are pretty slim as the closing rank is 20000.

It seems difficult for getting CSE branch as according to me,the cut off will be around 130 marks for CSE.You should try once,may be you will get the confirmation in the last round
