Maintaining a healthy lifestyle during lockdown and staying fit.
Given below are some of the steps to stay fit
Hope this helps you
Hello,
Pandemic has confined each and everyone of us within the four walls of our house. Due to no exposure towards the outside world most of us are facing severe health issues like hair loss, weight gain, or any other body issues, leading us to live the unhealthy life.
Staying healthy is the most important aspect of the life, which one needs to ponder upon because our future goals are totally dependent upon our health. If you are not healthy then you might not be able to achieve your goal, or focus upon it, or might feel restlessness, sleepy, etc.
Lockdown has only barred us from moving outside but has not stopped us doing anything within our safest place 'the home'. There are few steps which we can stay healthy like:
1) Waking up early and doing excercise, if one does so then you are not going to feel tired for the whole day and trust me it's a fact. Waking up late will make you feel tired and then you will not be able to do anything productive.
2) Eating healthy rather the oily and Ordering from outside.
3) Engage yourself in the work which excites you and creates interest whether it's cooking or even painting.
4) Stay connected with your loved ones because it acts like an anecd ote to all your worries.
5) Take proper rest of 8 hours.
6) Keep try something new everyday.
Thankyou.

Hey,
I agree that cases are going up very fastly and there are restriction and curfew in Maharashtra, but there are no restrictions for students who are having examinations and they are allowed to go to the centre.
They are allowed only if they have a valid admit card of the relevant exam and they are also allowed to carry a parent or guardian along with them to the exam centre.
Hope that helps.
Stay safe
Thank you

Hello aspirant,
It depends on what type of technology you are interested,if you are interested in coding/AI/ML then you can opt for BCA and MCA, if you are interested in electronic appliances, electrical/ mechanical, automobile , IOT/robotics technologies then you can go and opt for Science in 11th so that you can pursue field related to technology you are interested in.
I hope it helps,
Best of luck.
Hi Aspirant,
A score of 82 percent is quite good. Now go ahead and do whatever you want. It's best not to argue with the college officials because they're there to save admission number. Simply cancel your admission to that college pay your dues if their are any and apply for a commerce course in that same college the next year using your 10th grade score. When applying for 11th grade in commerce, you only need a gap certificate bond, as a proof that what you were doing in this gap year and a letter from the college that is LC.
Hope this helps,
All the best for your new career choice.
