maintaining a healthy lifestyle during lockdown write about the speech in around 250 words

Shanu Yadav 22nd Apr, 2021

Hello,

Pandemic has confined each and everyone of us within the four walls of our house. Due to no exposure towards the outside world most of us are facing severe health issues like hair loss, weight gain, or any other body issues, leading us to live the unhealthy life.

Staying healthy is the most important aspect of the life, which one needs to ponder upon because our future goals are totally dependent upon our health. If you are not healthy then you might not be able to achieve your goal, or focus upon it, or might feel restlessness, sleepy, etc.

Lockdown has only barred us from moving outside but has not stopped us doing anything within our safest place 'the home'. There are few steps which we can stay healthy like:

1) Waking up early and doing excercise, if one does so then you are not going to feel tired for the whole day and trust me it's a fact. Waking up late will make you feel tired and then you will not be able to do anything productive.

2) Eating healthy rather the oily and Ordering from outside.

3) Engage yourself in the work which excites you and creates interest whether it's cooking or even painting.

4) Stay connected with your loved ones because it acts like an anecd ote to all your worries.

5) Take proper rest of 8 hours.

6) Keep try something new everyday.

Thankyou.

anirudha vats 10th Apr, 2021

Hey,

I agree that cases are going up very fastly and there are restriction  and curfew in Maharashtra, but there are no restrictions for students who are having examinations and they are allowed to go to the centre.

They are allowed only if they have a valid admit card of the relevant exam and they are also allowed to carry a parent or guardian along with them to the exam centre.

Hope that helps.

Stay safe

Thank you

I got into ASU compute Science with a 14k USD scholarship per year. I convinced my parents to send me there. Bt they have 1 condition. clear jee adv with a good rank. I wasted my lockdown and even cheated on online tests. How to convince them that I cant give jee. Even if I give I wont clear it.

tiwaryamrendra100 15th Mar, 2021

Hello Surya,

As per JEE ADVANCED is concerned, 2 months remaining for the exam . You can even do better in exam by following some crucial points:-

1) Prepare subjects according to your Strongest, Good, Weak knowledge/interest and divide time accordingly. Take CHEMISTRY as a savior.

2) Practice questions based on Advanced pattern and  previous year JEE     Advanced  paper and analyse them in detail.

There are various online free platform available which provide good content. At last Give exam bravely.

After the result either Good or Bad your parents automatically agreed to your condition after all they are your well wishers. They choose what is good for you.

I have passed my 11th with comm with maths, due to lockdown wasnt able to choose stream wisely, I was interested in PCM but took commerce (its bit interesting now after studying for an year), but I am interested in technology, i am just 16 so should I repeat 11th with PCM(for btech) or do BCA+MCA?

NAVNEET PANDEY 19th Apr, 2021

Hello aspirant,

It depends on what type of technology you are interested,if you are interested in coding/AI/ML then you can opt for BCA and MCA, if you are interested in electronic appliances, electrical/ mechanical, automobile , IOT/robotics technologies then you can go and opt for Science in 11th so that you can pursue field related to technology you are interested in.

I hope it helps,

Best of luck.

i scored 82% in class 10 from CBSE BOARD i choose science stream immediately due to lockdown I want to repeat class 11 with commerce but school say that need the permission of CBSE and also 8000 rupees something is it a true information?

Vedant Borle 11th Aug, 2021

Hi Aspirant,

A score of 82 percent is quite good. Now go ahead and do whatever you want. It's best not to argue with the college officials because they're there to save admission number. Simply cancel your admission to that college pay your dues if their are any and apply for a commerce course in that same college the next year using your 10th grade score. When applying for 11th grade in commerce, you only need a gap certificate bond, as a proof that what you were doing in this gap year and a letter from the college that is LC.

Hope this helps,

All the best for your new career choice.

what is criteria for jee mains 2021 amid Coronavirus and lockdown? can i give jee mains if i get 50%or below marks in 12th class (jkbose)

Aditi amrendra Student Expert 24th Dec, 2020
Hello,

Yes, you can apply and appear for JEE mains but you will not be able to get admission in NITs,IIITs and GFTIs and also you wont be able to apply for JEE advance because the eligibility for that is that a candidates should have passed class12thwith a minimum of 75% marks or they must be in the top 20 percentile in their class12examination (65% for SC/ST candidates).

I hope this helps.
