Hello.
In terms of future prospective the scope in both the courses is just similar, and scope for you depends upon your interest, because there are lots of opportunities in both the courses, but it depends upon you if you go with your interest full course that means you will give your 100% in it and you will be fully skilled because of which you can be posted on good position with good salary package, but according to the feasibility and easiness hotel management course is dominant over journalism course, there is not any big reason the simple reason is that in hotel management course there are lots of high positions which you can take with less efforts in comparison of efforts you do in journalism course in order to have good positions, in journalism course, starting your own news channel is not an easy task, even for being on the good post you will be swamped more, and there are less opportunities for you in journalism to be on the high positions.

Follow the books that you have studied in your undergraduation. You can go with Arihant Publication Books. Other books you may follow- Logic by Priyedarshi Jetti, Monica Prabhakar. Semiconductor is one of the topics under the Chapter Electronic Devices and it is still there in NEET Physics syllabus. Logic Gates also comes under the same Chapter Electronic Devices. So just to answer your question both of them are still in NEET Physics syllabus 2020. Electronic Devices carry 9% of the weightage in NEET exam paper. What is important in programming, the logic used or just the execution? Because sometimes it happens that we get different logic given in books or on websites but our logic is different and still the program is executing.

the logic and execution both is important, its true that there is different logic available to make a program, you may have seen that some one write a program in 10 lines and the same program run by other is 5 lines, you need to check in both of the cases you are getting same result or not, if the result is same and executed successfully then your logic is perfect.

Hello,
It is a standard considered in electronics that 5V power supply is logic 1 and below 1V is logic 0. This because the ICs and other equipments can handle minimum of 5 V to work . If it goes higher than the LED will burn out same goes to other equipments too. If they get any voltage below 1V it won't work and it will become dead which is a sign for 0 logic.
It is NOT gate. If any value less than say 1 becomes 0 and any value is greater than 5 becomes 1. There is a threshold value in it which is a constant. NOT gate only knows that logic value and reverses it in output.
