Till now the official qualifying cut-offs have not been released and the qualifying cut-off percentiles are released along with final result of JEE-Main 2022 which will be released after both the sessions i.e. most probably in August '22.

But o n such percentile, being an OBC candidate you have very good chances to qualify for JEE-Advance 2022 but still the cutoffs for this year have not released yet officially.

As the cut-offs are released along with the JEE-Main 2022 result so for now you can get an idea from JEE-Main 2021 qualifying cut-offs that are enlisted below :-

In order to get CSE (Computer Science Engineering) in various government engineering colleges, you have to score a minimum cutoff rank in JEE mains exam and the process of allotment of various CSE branch colleges is done by the JOSAA and CSAB counselling. So, if you score a minimum cutoff required for admission in government colleges for CSE branch, you will be allotted that college in the counselling round.

The fees structure of ipu is different for different courses. For example, if you want to pursue BTech then your your fees will be approximately 71000. Similarly for other courses like BA LLB - 65000, BCA-90000 and many more. So you have to decide in which course you want to apply. Overall the fees structure of ipu is average.

LPU is good for Mechatronics. Good placements in a core company as well as a software company. Other than participating in different events like a go-kart, project expo, entertainment events like one - India, etc. Practical-based learning and valuable guest lectures are delivered.

But if you are looking for a government university with affordable fees then go for CU because LPU is a private college and so the fee structure is a little high. CU is as famous as it's the name everyone knows it. But on a study basis, my review is that LPU is rated as good.
