Loyola Institute of Technology, Chennai
As per the previous year cutoff as a general and ews category the chance seems less to get a seat in NIT, IIIT, GFTI's with this rank.
however you can try for state counseling like Punjab, Haryana, MP, Etc.
To know your other best admission possibilities of Institutes & branches in JOSSA & State counseling as per your percentile, You can use JEE Main College Predictor tool given below.

Hello,
I presume you're doing a government job and want to explore other options after completion of BA, of course you will be able to apply for that, you're not the first one to do it, many people being currently employed in government sector also try for other jobs, what might happen in your case is you may need No Objection certificate from your employer, this also depends on what the official notification states and you have to go accordingly, you can also appear for departmental exam, this is usually for promotion or higher posts recruitment,

hi,
b.ed course is for 2 years, offers by anadapeeeth ananda b.ed college ,kolkata.
however the basic eligibility criteria is you need to have 50% marks in your bachelors degree in science or arts or social sciences. candidates who are b.tech graduates need to secure 55% marks in their graduation to become eligible for b.ed admission.
If you want to seek admission into this college then you have to take the following steps:
You must have passed your 12th standard in PCM with 50% marks. The admission in this college is done on the basis of MHT CET. It is compulsory for all the students who are from Maharashtra to take the MHT CET exam. The score of JEE shall be preferred over MHT CET. There is no age limit for admission and appearing to MHT-CET. Those students who belong to SC/ST are being given 5% relaxation in the eligibiliy criteria. The application fee is rupees 800 for general candidates of Maharashtra as well as other states. For other categories, the application fee is rupees 600.
Hope this helps.
All the best!!
