So, before you apply for job they will provide the details of the job place where you are expected to work. Salary won't be affected. First of all I'm talking about the overall cut off marks for BAMS govt medical college in both AIQ and up state counseling.

In NEET 2020 all india ayush counseling for BAMS govt college for OBC category was 538 marks.

whereas in uttar pradesh state counseling cut off marks for govt BAMS college for OBC category was 535 marks.

In NEET 2020 cut off marks for Gen category (same for OBC) candidates in govt ayurvedic College, lucknow was Air 24417  (marks approx 590+) in AIQ counseling for BAMS.

so if we compare overall with all these three data then you are not nearby of getting a govt BAMS college also so it will very tough for you to get state ayurvedic medical college, lucknow as it is one of the finest BAMS college in uttar pradesh.

At your expected marks you can try in AIQ counseling this year or you can try for private BAMS college.

In NEET 2020 cut off marks for Gen category candidates in govt ayurvedic College, lucknow was Air 24417  (marks approx 590+) in AIQ counseling for BAMS. I have told you AIQ counseling cut off marks as your profile suggest you belong to west bengal.

So literally you have no chance of getting this college at your expected marks. Even you have very less chance of getting any govt medical college through AIQ counseling as las year cut off for BAMS was 528 marks.

So it's better to try in state quota counseling for getting govt BAMS college at your expected marks.

Provided you are getting in both the colleges you have mentioned above it would depend mostly on you which to choose. At IET lucknow you will not get a NIT tag at iet lucknow you will not get great exposure as compared to north east nits on the other hand in north east nits you will not get to live in city like lucknow which is well connected and almost a metro city now both are more or less the same but all in all IET lucknow may be good choice for a student over north east nits unless he is from the northeast itself
