Hello there,

Yes, you can appear for the 10th exam again through the MP Open Board to improve your marks. However, your previous marksheet will remain valid, and you will be given a new marksheet showing your latest results after you appear for the exams again.

Here are some important points:

  1. You can improve your percentage by reappearing for specific subjects through the open board.

  2. Your original marksheet will still be valid, and the new marksheet will reflect your improved scores if you perform better.

  3. Check with the MP Open Board for their specific guidelines and process to reappear for the 10th exam.

Your old marksheet will remain valid for other purposes unless you decide to use your new one.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.

Yes, you can pursue your 12th grade with Biology after completing it with Commerce. Your existing Commerce marksheet will remain valid, and you can obtain a new marksheet for the Science stream upon successful completion. The Madhya Pradesh State Open School (MPSOS) offers flexibility for students wishing to change their stream.

Subjects and Examination Requirements:

To obtain a 12th-grade certificate in the Science stream through MPSOS, you are typically required to appear for examinations in the following subjects:

  1. Core Subjects:

    • Physics
    • Chemistry
    • Biology
  2. Language Subjects:

    • Hindi
    • English

This usually amounts to a total of five subjects. However, specific requirements may vary, so it's advisable to confirm the exact subjects and any additional requirements directly with MPSOS.

Contact Information for MPSOS:

For detailed information and guidance, you can contact the Madhya Pradesh State Open School Education Board at:

  • Address: Madhya Pradesh State Open School Education Board, Shivaji Nagar, Bhopal - 462011, Madhya Pradesh
  • Phone Numbers: 0755-2552106, 2671066
  • Email: mpsos2022@gmail.com
  • Official Website: www.mpsos.nic.in (https://mpsos.nic.in/)

It's recommended to reach out to them directly to obtain accurate and up-to-date information regarding subject requirements, examination schedules, and the application process.

Regarding Examination in Three Subjects:

If you're considering appearing for exams in only three subjects, it's important to note that the standard requirement for obtaining a 12th-grade certificate typically includes five subjects. Attempting fewer subjects may not fulfill the criteria for certification. Therefore, it's crucial to discuss this directly with MPSOS to understand the implications and ensure you meet all necessary requirements.

By coordinating with MPSOS, you can effectively plan your studies and examinations to achieve your academic goals.

Hello,

Yes, you can pursue Biology after completing 12th with Arts. However, you will need to reappear for exams in Science subjects. Since you have an Arts background, you must study and pass subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Here are some important points to consider :-

  • MP Open Board allows students to change streams, but you must check their specific guidelines.
  • Your previous Arts mark sheet will still be valid, but it won’t be considered for Science-related studies.
  • Contact MP Open Board for exact exam requirements and eligibility criteria.
  • You may need to appear for all Science subjects to qualify for Biology-based courses.

Hope you find it useful !

Mere 12th me aur Graduation dono me 50 % marks nahi hai. MA me 61 % hai to kya main CTET ka exam de sakte hoon

kumardurgesh1802 12th Feb, 2025

Hello there,

No, you are not eligible for CTET because the eligibility criteria require at least 50% in 12th or Graduation along with the required teacher training qualifications (like B.Ed or D.El.Ed).

CTET Eligibility Criteria:

  1. For Paper 1 (Class 1-5) 50% in 12th + D.El.Ed/B.El.Ed (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD).

  2. For Paper 2 (Class 6-8) 50% in Graduation + B.Ed (Relaxation available).

Even though you have 61% in M.A. , CTET considers only 12th and Graduation marks , so you don’t qualify .
