Im in class 11th. I wanna go to the best Universities in the country for BA & MA. And for PhD I wanna go to abroad. So how should I prepare?

Aditi Rai 6th Jul, 2019

Hello candidate.

As of now, you're in 11th standard and you must have opted for your particular stream. So first step towards a good college in India is to get great marks in class 12th board examinations as most of the college's for undergraduate education consider these marks. The top University in the field of humanities has to be DELHI UNIVERSITY. As the number of seats are not much but the competition increases every year. So you have to be in your top game. 95+ IN 12TH STANDARD IS A MUST. (As you are starting this early, you'll achieve this easily) Just be regular and dedicated and you'll get great marks.

Either stick to self-study, make a suitable time table for yourself or take tuitions for the subject you're having trouble in. Analyse on your weak topics and revise them. Read guide books. Make notes. Go through the syllabus 4-5 atleast before seating for your final exams. Solve last 10-years question papers. This will ensure you a seat in your desired College.

Select the subject you want to pursue for higher studies and apply for colleges as soon as the application forms are out. Some colleges even have entrance exams for a few courses, be updated with that.

For Ph.D, the abroad Colleges require a good score throughout your educational journey. Maintain good marks in your under-grad as well as post-grad. Study for the SAT, apply to Colleges early, learn about the criteria by which they select students and you'll be able to make it.

This was just an overview. Right now, your main focus should be choosing the subject for under-grad and working hard for a good 12th result.

Hope this was helpful and good luck!

Keep working hard and you'll make it.

Can i get govt.mbbs seat through state quota with air 154873 neet ma

Niraj Student Expert 5th Jul, 2019

Hello aspirant,

Though you belong to the SC category but there is very less chance of getting a seat for MBBS in any government college. If we consider the previous year cutoff then you will not get a seat for MBBS in government college. Last year last college alloted was Maldah Medical College with a rank of122666. Your rank is much higher. But you can try as the cutoff varies. You can get private college. To predict the colleges visit the link provided.
