The eligibility criteria for JNU 2020 for M.A History is that a candidate must have passed graduation degree in any discipline (10+2+3) with atleast 50% aggregate from a recognised board.There is no age limit.So yes, you are eligible.

Yes, you can pursue MA Psychology. Most universities offering MA psychology do not have the requirement of psychology in the graduation. Being a B.Com student, you can not go for M.Sc psychology but you will be able to pursue MA psychology easily.
