See as per your Marks-231 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side.

You cannot get into any medical college with this mark.

a score of 130...looks like a very good score. It would be easier to answer this question if you had mentioned your rank in the general unreserved category. However, with a score of 130, I could only guess that your rank must be around 200 or 250 in the general category, which gives you a good chance of getting admission in the second round of counselling in BHU.
