Hello Ram, BHU has only 66 seats for the course you are seeking admission. as per 2018 cutoff, it was 175 cutoff rank for generals while for SC category it was 27. So admission for you may not be possible in this certain course, but still keep a lookout for the 2019 cutoffs.

Some college don't bother if you have any gap of a year or not and some do have some restrictions so if you can do MA without any gap of the year I think that will be better and you don't have to answer any question why you take this gap.

As per your query I would like to tell you that according to your rank and based upon the previous year cuttoff marks you may have chances of getting admission in ma geography
Total numbers available seat are about 70.
As per year the cuttoff marks varies depending upon the number of students appearing in the exam and the difficulty level of exam papers in the Exam .

The eligibility criteria for M.A political science in Delhi university is that one needs a minimum of 55% to be eligible for the merit basis admission which is open only for B.A Political science (Hons) graduates of DU. And for giving the entrance, one needs a minimum of 50% in graduation.

JEE stands for joint entrance exam ,hence it is a exam through which you can get good colleges like nit ,iiit for engineering at low fees structure and good facilities ,if you qualify JEE mains with good percentile the you have to give JEE advanced slightly tougher than JEE mains for iit .You can give this exam in class 12 or two consecutive years after class 12.

Yes , you are eligible for the getting admission in BHU main campus and affiliated college too . But if you claiming admission under EWS category you need to present authorised ews certificate . You have fair chances of admission under ews category , but chances of admission in open category are very rare. For ews certificate you need to contact to your block divisional office .
