Every college has different syllabus for the course. Few colleges syllabus is mainstream logical reasoning, GK, English, current Affairs.

Sorry,You have scored very less marks in NEET exam. According to previous years cutoffs you will not be able to get any government medical college as their cutoffs are very high enough. You can get low level private medical college but their fees will be too high.
