you can download it by simply googling it. then download pdf of questions paper and you can take print out of same. Apart from this, you can also get it at nominal charge from stationary shop. You should prefer first one.

You can take addmision in raffles university, neemrana.. Its a good law college and entrance exam is not required and its in rajasthan (on delhi road), if you can tell us from which region you belong, i can tell you about colleges which do not require entrance in

Bundlekhand University is a Government college, It takes the admission through NATA for the programme B.Arch, You can not take the direct admission there.
