The sc rank you have mentioned ie 1580 is not enough to fetch you a branch in mmmut. 

According to the stats issued by the college itself it has been shown that in year 2017 the minimum sc rank was 1375 in mechanical department and other departments had better rank for admission 

Same is the case for 2018. Never the less you can wait for the councelling as the rank can vary great to year.

Congrats for a good score but sorry to say that with this marks it is not possible for you to get any branch as the cutsoff are really high,you might get a seat under OBC category but not under General category.

Hello Aspirant,  Congrats! You have got good rank in your exam. There are various stream like CS, CE, EC, EN, ME, CH. 

Last year cut off for the OBC rank is (2015) for the CE branch. And for the CS Branch the OBC rank is 1225. So there are lot of chances you can get the seat in this college.

Assuming that you are asking for B.Tech (4years) course , the cyt off here at mmmut varues from branch to branch. There are all total 660 seats with 120 in each EE, ECE, CSE, CE and 60 in CHE. If you are able to fetch a general rank under 400 it is most likely that you can get any branch of yoir own choice. Last year (2018) the last GNOP rank to fill seat was close to 2000.

Also there are various quota seats which can bear general rank upto 25000.

Last year , 10% seats was filled through JEE Mains examination  and the rest 90% was fill by the university's own entrance examination.

• MBA(Finance) is a 2 years course with annual fees of Rs 98315 per year
• M.TECH is a 2 years course with annulal fees of Rs 66600 per year.
