Therefore,score cann't decide a seat.But rank does.
According to previous years,if rank below 700 (or sometimes little above 700),can get CSE and around 1000 then can get ECE.

both of these colleges wheather it is mmm gorakhpur or ipu are more or like the same but just in case of CSE placements ipu is little better since its a big name so average package offered is better also all the big companies always visit ipu no matter what.
