According to your marks in different quotas ,waht i would suggest you is to apply through girls quota it will surely fetch you admission in MMMUT,Gorakhpur.

If in case girl seats are full you can get admission through normal ranking also.

Assuming that you are asking cutoff for B.Tech(4 year course). The cutoff here at MMMUT varies with your branch. There are total of 660 seats with 120 in each CSE ,CE ,EE ,ECE and 60 in CHE. If you are able to fetch a general rank under 400
