Hello
This is difficult to predict because cut off depends upon various factors like
------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------) toughness level of the neet examination
------------) number of seats available
------------) the category you are from etc
Anyway,
When we go through previous data then
>>>>> 349 marks
you hold a low chance to get Government medical College for mbbs even if you mp state quota
For example,
in neet 2019, 409 marks for sc category was the lowest marks to get mbbs seat in government college under MP state quota and it was for Government Medical College Shahdol
You can check the same at

But when we go through previous data then
you hold a low chance to get Government medical College for mbbs even in mop up round
As per last year cut off of NEET UG , ST category required 113 marks ( 40 percentile) for government college. So, you can get admission in government college through state quota counseling.
Hope this helps.
