It depends upon the JEE Main and JEE Advance cut offs, If You manage to qualify the exam by achieving the cut off, You can apply for JOSAA Counselling. It should be noted the cut off for EWS/SC/ST/FEMALES/OBC category is lower than the general category However It is usually advised to fill the choices as per the preference of colleges and departments, for example CSE in NIT Trichy is your priority followed by CSE in NIT Warangal, you can fill CSE at NIT Trichy at serial number 1 and CSE at NIT Warangal at serial number 2 and so on and so forth. However to get any NIT, you must have qualified JEE Mains and to get any IIT, you must have qualifies JEE Advanced But the previous cut offs of colleges should be taken in consideration, it is better to research over the cut off of colleges then make a preference list of colleges and fill accordingly
For the college preferences and the courses provided by these colleges and to know which colleges participate in the JOSAA counselling, please go to the below mentioned link: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/josaa-participating-institutes/amp

Hey,
Based on previous year data, with 440 marks you can get a rank between 154385-164903. You can also predict your rank using NEET Rank Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_rp
Now, it is important to know that cut offs and ranks vary every year depending on the difficulty level of the paper, number of students qualifying and the number of seats available.
Since you did not mention your category, I am assuming you are from general category.
According to your profile, you're from Madhya Pradesh. Based on previous year mop up result, it is difficult for you to get a private medical college in Madhya Pradesh but you can get a seat in a private dental college in Madhya Pradesh like
You can get a medical seat in the deemed universities through All India counselling for deemed universities but the fee structure will be on the higher side. To know more about the colleges in which you can get a MBBS/BDS seat, you can use NEET College Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp

Hope you are doing great. According to rank predictor, your probable rank is something around
Yes, you can get admission in MITS Gwalior in Electronics, Electrical, Mathematics and Computing. But with this percentile you can not get any NIT. In that case you can look for State Govt. colleges like in Ujjain Engineering College for Civil,
