AIFSET is all India forensic science entrance test. This is national level examination for forensic course. In this examination occur for those universities are participating in this examination. This is national level examination so ofcourse in Madhya Pradesh college or university can participate also. The eligibility criteria of this examination is you have to passed 12th class with minimum 45% marks.

You will be eligible for MP 85% state quota , provided you are domicile of MP , it doesn't matter even if you have done your 10 + 2 from Rajasthan
For your reference, MP eligibility criteria for 85% state quota is provided below :-
* You must be domicile Madhya Pradesh. In case, *if one is not domicile of Madhya Pradesh then he or she must be
-) children of Freedom Fighters -)wards of Defense Personnel -) your parent/s must be working with the Government of India and should be posted in Madhya Pradesh.
Rajasthan domicile criteria for 85% state quota
One must fulfill any one of the following criterion to be eligible for the 85% state quota in Rajasthan.
-) you must be a certified resident of Rajasthan.
-) your parent/s must have lived in Rajasthan for at least 10 years, and you must have studied from classes 8 -12 in Rajasthan -) your parent/s are either serving or retired employees of Rajasthan govt. and should have put in at least 3 years of service in Rajasthan government. -)you are a natural child of either retired or serving defense or Para- Military personnel of Rajasthan origin but may be posted in any state of India -) you are a natural child of a permanent, serving Defense Personnel posted in Rajasthan. -) you are a child of a Judge of the Rajasthan High Court.
So, just doing 10 + 2 is not enough for getting 85% state quota in Rajasthan, you will be eligible for 85% state quota in Rajasthan only if you fulfill any one of the above criteria

You need to be eligible to obtain a domicile certificate. For that you need to be a resident for past 5 years in Madhya Pradesh.
The documents required will be:
1.) Ration card.
2.) Address proof- passport, ration card, telephone bill, etc.
3.) Transfer certificate from school.
4.) Application form in the given format.
5.) Proof if owning any property in MP.
6.) Identity proof.

If you are going to take through JEE main marks the 12th marks will not affect your admission either it is high or low, you just need 75% or above to be eligible. According to your percentile your rank should be around 2,75,000, you can also check your rank by this link.

The closing rank for CSE in SGSIT is 20K ( acc. to previous year data ) for the general rank so here I don't think you will get CSE, and for other branches you need to come under the rank of 100K to get any seat in this college. I would suggest to try another 2 attempt to increase your score or take any other government/private college in MP. You can also refer to this link to find the best college for yourself.

SEE as per previous years closing rank and cutoff ,you have to secure 100 marks to qualify in uceed exam. cutoff score tends to change every year , varies with the determining factors like number of applicant, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category and so on. Being from Madhya Pradesh also, you can appear for the TNEA Counselling process. But, the eligibility condition for other states mentions that candidates need to have 50% aggregate in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board for the TNEA Admission process.
