But DHE Maharashtra will finally allot the exam centre after candidates choose three centres out of the list given. MH CET Law 2018 exam centres cannot be changed once alloted by DHE.

yes MH- CET forms are out on 18th january, 2018 and last date for filling the form are 25th march 2018.

Outside Maharashtra students can appear for MHT CET. Outside Maharashtra Student won't be eligible for Government and Govt. Aided colleges, they will be eligible for All India Seats of Private colleges. However All India Candidature candidates may or may not appear for MHT-CET 2018 as Score of JEE(Main) Paper I

No, there are no such provision of making changes in submitted application form once the same is submitted your candidature will be considered on basis of the information given by you in the application form.

yes students from other states than Maharashtra can apply for MH CET exam under the Open Category.
