The MHCET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) law exam date is delayed but I am mentioning the important dates. Here's the important dates regarding this-
1. Commencement of MHCET LAW Registration- Third week of March, 2021
2. Last date to fill up MHCET LAW form- Third week of April, 2021
3. Release of MHCET LAW Admit Card- First week of May, 2021
4. Conduction of MHCET LAW Exam- June, 2021
5. Announcement of MHCET LAW Result- July, 2021
6. Councelling begins from- July, 2021
80 percent of the seats are reserved for Maharashtra Candidates and only 15 percent seats have been allocated to other state Candidates. Candidates must holds Bachelor's degree from any recognised institution in any stream. A candidate must have scored minimum 45 percent in graduation and 40 percent for Reserve category candidates.

No, the application for MH CET Law 2021 has not yet started. It is being delayed due to the corona pandemic. DHE Maharashtra, the conducting authority of MH CET Law will publish the admission notification inviting candidates to apply online. No,you cannot join your preferred college as you have been alloted a college in the cap 2nd round.
Of counselling.You will be out from the total admission process.Beacause the seat alloted to you will be remain vacant and you will get refund of fees amount after deduction of certain percentage of money.Although you will get back the caution money and other non -fees amount of.money.otherwise you have totake admission to your preferred college without hesitation.

MH CET Law (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for Law) is conducted by Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra for admissions to 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programmes offered by the law colleges in the state.
The release date of the application form for 5 year LLB was Third week of January 2021and for 3 year LLB was Third week of April, 2021 and the last date to aplply is supposed to be First week of March 2021 for 5 year LLB course and for the 3 year LLB course it is First week of May 2021, but till now there has been no notification.

Form will release in the month of March/April. Maharashtra CET Cell will conduct MH CET Law 2021 5 year exam in the second week of May, 2021. For 5 years course candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from any recognized board. Applicants must have 45% marks in the qualifying exam, however, reserved category candidates should have 40% marks. MHCET law 5 years 2021 exam pattern will include Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning, General Knowledge with Current Affairs, Logical and Analytical Reasoning, English and Mathematical Aptitude.

No MH CET LAW 2021 registration has not yet started. The application form will tentatively release in the third week of April 2021 for 3 year LLB course and for 5 year LLB course the application from was supposed to release in the third week of January but it is not yet released. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra will conduct MH CET law exam for admissions to 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programmes offered by the law colleges in the state. Candidates may appear in the MH CET law exam by filling and submitting the application form which is released separately for 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB.
