DHE Maharashtra conducts MH CET law exam for admissions to 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programmes offered by the law colleges in the state. As Maharashtra is the worst hit state there is no way to predict any dates and it is not expected to be released any time soon due to the second wave of COVID.

The MHT LAW dates are not declared by the officials so no one can provide you with the exact dates for MHT Law cet exams nor the registration forms are out and the dates for the the release of the forms are also not declared by the officials. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest in formation. Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra has delayed the MH CET law 2021 process due to the delay caused by COVID-19 pandemic in the previous year. The CET Cell is currently conducting the MHT law cet counselling for the academic year 2020-21. The MH CET law admission notification will be released soon once the exam dates are finalized.

The MHCET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) law exam date is delayed but I am mentioning the important dates. Here's the important dates regarding this-

1. Commencement of MHCET LAW Registration- Third week of March, 2021

2. Last date to fill up MHCET LAW form- Third week of April, 2021

3. Release of MHCET LAW Admit Card- First week of May, 2021

4. Conduction of MHCET LAW Exam- June, 2021

5. Announcement of MHCET LAW Result- July, 2021

6. Councelling begins from- July, 2021

80 percent of the seats are reserved for Maharashtra Candidates and only 15 percent seats have been allocated to other state Candidates. Candidates must holds Bachelor's degree from any recognised institution in any stream. A candidate must have scored minimum 45 percent in graduation and 40 percent for Reserve category candidates.

No,you cannot join your preferred college as you have been alloted a college in the cap 2nd round.

Of counselling.You will be out from the total admission process.Beacause the seat alloted to you will be remain vacant and you will get refund of fees amount after deduction of certain percentage of money.Although you will get back the caution money and other non -fees amount of.money.otherwise you have totake admission to your preferred college without hesitation.

MH CET Law (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for Law) is conducted by Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra for admissions to 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programmes offered by the law colleges in the state.

The release date of the application form for 5 year LLB was Third week of January 2021and for 3 year LLB was Third week of April, 2021 and the last date to aplply is supposed to be First week of March 2021 for 5 year LLB course and for the 3 year LLB course it is First week of May 2021, but till now there has been no notification.

Once the application forms are released you can fill it up by  the following steps:

• Visit the official website of MAHA CET mahacet.org
• Select your course - 3-year LLB or 5-year LLB
• Click on the registration link and do the registration of MH CET law 2021
• Upload the recent passport size photograph and signature. The size of the photo should be 20kb - 50 Kb. And, signature size should be from 10 kb to 20 kb.
• Enter basic details in MH CET Law Application Form
• Enter educational qualification details
• Submit MH CET law application form
• MH CET law 2021 Application Fee Payment

Form will release in the month of March/April. Maharashtra CET Cell will conduct MH CET Law 2021 5 year exam in the second week of May, 2021. For 5 years course candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from any recognized board. Applicants must have 45% marks in the qualifying exam, however, reserved category candidates should have 40% marks. MHCET law 5 years 2021 exam pattern will include Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning, General Knowledge with Current Affairs, Logical and Analytical Reasoning, English and Mathematical Aptitude.
