Thank you for your query. The major reason for non-availability of the Diploma Engineering in other states exam is not available is due to some system error or that they dont need Diploma in Engineering as the criteria.

It's been announced by Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra that MHCET exam for LLB 5 years will be conducted on July 24th and for 3 years it is scheduled on August 7th. Note that the above exams are going to conduct in online mode only.
Application process for MHCET Law has been extended upto May 30th.

Yes, Maharashtra State CET Cell has postponed the CET exams conducted in Maharashtra including MHCET LLB 3 year which is scheduled on August 6, 2020. You can check the official notification here https://view.mahacet.org/mahacet/admin/news_document/Impnotice23062020.pdf
The new dates are not yet informed. It will be rescheduled after assessing the current situation. You need to keep an eye on updates and you can check any updates or notifications here http://cetcell.mahacet.org/

The new dates of mh cet law exam for llb 3 years are as -
Online registration - 19/03/2020 to 20/05/2020
Date of MAH-LL.B (3 Years)-CET 2020 exam - Sunday 28/06/2020 in Multiple Session if required
Tentative date for result declaration - 14-07-2020
For 5 years integrated llb program the registration has been closed and the Date of MAH-LL.B (5 Years)-CET 2020 exam has not been postponed. New dates has not been declared yet. For updates regarding the exam keep visiting the official website of Mh -cet.
