I am sorry to inform you that with 71 marks you cannot get admission in one of the Government colleges as the cutoff for MH CET goes very high. You should start looking for an alternative approach. Getting 106 marks in MH CET is a good score but I am sorry to inform you that it is getting glc at 106 marks would not be possible cutoff for glc goes very high you may get admission in ILS Pune although it is a bit difficult but you can make it up as there are chances of admission in this college.

The candidates applying for admission to 5- year law integrated course can apply till 11th March , 2019 and can be applied online .
ELIGIBILITY:
1.The eligibility for the exam is 10+2 with a minimum 45% marks and bachelor degree (in case of 3 year law course ).
2.The exam will be conducted in 18 Cities of Maharashtra and candidates can choose 3 exam center according to their preferences.
3.DHE, Maharashtra will conduct MH CET Law 2019 on April 21 (for 5-year integrated law) and May 11 (for 3-year law program).
4.It consists 150 objective type question and time duration is 2 hours. Check MH CET Law Exam Pattern
5.The conducting body then conducts counselling from third week of June to first week of October and the classes begin in the month of November.

You can make changes in the application till the last date of submission. If you have crossed the last date, you are only left with an option to wait for the application correction link of MH CET examination. It will most tentatively be out in the second week of April. Also, only some details like name, date of birth, qualifying exam or course details can be corrected. Some other fields will not be changed.
