Hello Aanchal Shah,
You have to apply for it through college, then based on your last qualification marks you will get selected. If you belong to any caste except general and are from low income group, you dont have to score impressive grades.
Assuming you are alloted the seat in the second round then to participate in the third round counselling you can choose the FlOAT option.

If you choose Float option then it means the Candidate accept the offered seat and indicate that, if admission to an academic Programme in any Institution of higher preference is offered, they will accept it. Else, they will continue with the currently accepted academic Programme. Such Candidates will be considered
