The Directorate of higher education, Maharashtra is the conducting authority for MHT CET LAW, as of now there is no official announcement made regarding the admission schedule, hence to know the latest information regarding this, stay updated at the official website at http://mahcet.org

the eligibility criteria to pursue three years LLB is candidate should have passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, securing 45% aggregate, in case of SC/ST they need merely 40%, and for VJNT/SBC/OBC they require 42%,

when it comes to preparation, firstly get acquainted with the exam pattern and syllabus, the entrance test is conducted for 2 hours in online mode carrying 150 MCQs, for each correct response one mark is awarded, there is no negative marking scheme, there are questions from sections such as English, Logical and Analytical Reasoning, General Knowledge with Current Affairs, Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning, make a proper timetable and acvordingly assign number of hours to each section, keep resources limited, and go through one book many a time, revision is the key here, also check out previous year papers at https://law.careers360.com/articles/mh-cet-law-sample-papers to ger acquainted with exam pattern, marking scheme, important topics, weightage etc, this will help you in preparation level, thereby improving your speed, calculation and time management skills.

I am appearing for 12th board in this year i.e 2022. But our result will be declared in june July to have marksheet of 12th . So will I be able to appear for MH CET Law 2022 ? Will I be able to fill the application form for the same without having marksheet?

Yes, you can apply for MHT CET even without your 12th marksheet, being 12th board examination appearing student.

This is because,

Class 12th board examination appearing students are provisionally eligible. Your 12th marksheet isn't required for form filling.

You will need your class 12th marksheet during admission in college .

The MHT LAW colleges for the first year will begin in 2022 itself, not in 2023. The Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Maharashtra will release the application form of MH CET law 2022 in online mode. The application form for both 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB will be available on the official website of CET Cell - mahcet.org. The dates are not yet released by the officials. Keep an eye on the official website or the link below for the latest information.

When is the mh cet law entrance exam on? On the mh cet web portal it says its on 17th and 18th may( tentative) and on career 360 website it says its on 10th of june.

Go according to the official website. It is not updated on the careers360 site. The MHT law CET 2022 will be conducted on 17th and 18th May tentatively. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. The application form of MH CET law 2022 for 5-year LLB was released on March 19, 2022. DHE Maharashtra releases the application form for MH CET law 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB separately. The CET Cell will conduct the MH CET law for 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programmes in online mode.

See this year the official schedule of MHT CET LAW is yet to come out, however is we go through last two years, then in 2021 the form was released in July, in 2020 the application form got released in September, this of course was result of the pandemic in the form of delay,

You can apply for MHT CET in 2023 as you will complete your graduation in the same year, even if the forms get released by early 23 you will be in the final year of graduation, and candidates in the final year of graduation are also eligible to apply provided they fulfill the eligibility criteria  for MHT CET LAW three years LLB is passed/appearing in final year of graduation in any discipline from a recognized university securing 45% aggregate, for sc/st of the state candidates need to have 40% aggregate, for VJNT/SBC/OBC of the state candidates need to have 42% aggregate, visit our page at https://law.careers360.com/articles/mh-cet-law-eligibility-criteria to know more details regarding this.
