You need to cinsider OMS Rank.

Good chances for ILs Pune and GKC Mumbai as cutoffs within 300 ranks.

Good chances with Savitribai Phule University, North Maharashtra University, Gondwana University.

The classes usually start after third counseling. The students admitted through CAP need to join as soon as possible. The classes are same.

Option Form Confirmed for CAP Round-III, Why not Round 1 & 2?

Option form is different for all rpunds as students can rearrange options as well as edit all options before each round counselling.
Since you have not freezed any colleges in CAP round1 and 2, you are now going for CAP Round 3.
If you have floated options from fjrst two CAP rounds, then those collehes will be cinsidered for upgrading in branch in 3rd round counselling.
