You can avail FLOAT option if you are willing to go to next round of counselling for better choice and for that you have to pay INR 20,000 for general but INR 12,000 for ST/SC.
YES, there is a betterment option ( not freeze) and for that you have to pay INR 1000.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, i would like to inform you that you had attained a good marks and can get a pretty good college. As per you concern colleges like Rizvi and Navatlal firoda accept students who fall under rank between 80 to 260, and according to last year cut off your rank will be between 1000- 4000, so you can get the clear idea from this information.

As you didn't mentioned you category, taking you as a general candidate. You won't be eligible to secure a seat in any government colleges providing law course. The closing mark for general is 139, while in SC/ST category, the cutoff marks is of 108 and 99 respectively. So chances seem to be less. Anyways, you can pursue in the private institutes. Hi, the cut-off are mentioned on the basis of merit rank. The closing merit rank was 191 for first list and it was 278 for the second list. This was for out of Maharashtra state students. For Maharashtra state students the cut-off was 1049 for the first merit list and 1928 for the second merit list. University of Mumbai School of Law Thane Sub Campus is the university of which the data is mentioned. Hope this helps.

I am sorry to inform you that there is very less chance of getting the admission into the Government Law College, Mumbai. This is very less score of getting into GLC for three year course as the cutoffs are high. Keep a check on other colleges for your LLB course.

Congrats that you scored 84 marks in MHCET LLB EXAM ,it shows you have not prepare the best in your exam .The safe score to get into Mumbai University ,School of Law is is above 100 marks ,if you belong to SC or ST category you are then safe to get an admission in the college.
