Wellingkar institute follow the DTE Maharashtra guidelines for admission into MBA/MMS program so you have to refer that guidelines for the admission process . As for somaiya the admission process is as follows

"Aspirants  will be shortlisted for the selection process  if they clear the cut-off of either CAT 2020/ XAT 2021 /CMAT 2021 / NMAT(Nov 2020 -10 ^th Feb 2021) & GMAT score valid from Jan 2018 till 10 ^th Feb 2021.

The result of every aspirant will be declared based on aspirants Profile + performance in the GD and PI. The candidates can then again choose a programme based on their preference and result. The institute will allocate seats in programme based on result, seat availability and also allot waitlist number for other choices of the aspirant."

Hope you are doing well. Directorate of Higher Education (DHE) Maharashtra have not released yet but, will release the MH CET law 2021 admit card in online mode at mahacet.org. The admit card of MH CET law 2021 will be released separately for 3-year LLB and 5-year integrated LLB. The MH CET law exam will be held on October 08.

Every year thousands of students give the MH CET exam to get admission to MBA colleges. To ace the MH CET exam follows:

1. Firstly, you can try and understand the paper by solving a mock.
2. Analyse the mock and understand the different question types. Also, identity your strengths and weaknesses. Use marks per minute metric to do so. Wherever you are getting a higher marks per minute, that is your strong area.
3. Practice those areas or topics which you are not familiar with. Visuals, sequential output, syllogism, etc are a few topics which you can practice and start getting familiar with.
4. Once you feel you are comfortable with all topics, start writing mocks at regular intervals. Analyse the mocks thoroughly.
5. In between mocks do practice. If you are aiming at JB or the top 3 to 4 colleges, can focus your preparation on your weak areas. Else focus your preparation on strong areas (as that could suffice you to get the marks required and you may not get the time to solve your weak areas in the exam)
6. Keep experimenting with strategy to see what suits you best.
7. Try to improve your marks per minute by either improving your accuracy or reducing the time taken to solve questions. This you can do by change of methods, practice, etc.
