Your JEE Main and MHTCET scores both are low and hence it makes no difference.

However, you can get following colleges based on MHTCET :

Registration, Choice filling and display of provisional merit list shall take place vetween 1st week to 3rd week June 2018.

Counselling and Provisiinal allotment for 1st round shall begin from 4tj week of June.

Second and Third round of counselling shall begin from First week of July and Fourth week

You won't get any government college with this MHTCET score since your score is too low to fetch you a seat.
