Chances are less to get good colleges in pune at this marks so try to take admission through offline mode.Have u given Jee mains exam and how much marks you got in mains
Cutoff is changes every year, it depend on the examination paper u will appear next year if u take a drop.Cutoff marks is same for all the student who appeared in exam there is no such criteria that cutoff will different if student will take a drop

ALthough with these marks there are thin chances for you to get NIT even with OBC category but still
