According to last year cut off to get the admission in 1st round is difficult.The cut off for mech is high as compared to IT.As you scored I think you should go for IT.You can get chance in round 2,3 or 4.

Paper is divided into 2 parts.1st parts consists of two sections namely physics and chemistry having 50 questions in each section so total no. Of questions in 1st parts are 100.2nd part contain only maths
