Both options are good .
Go with DY Patil with branch like CSE .
There are many other colleges too.
1.Modern
2.PVG
3.Bharati Vidyapeeth
4. MMCOE
5.JSPM
But DY Patil will be best option for you.

As per your score, the expected ranks should be in 73000 to 75000 range.
Also you can have decent chances with colkeges like GH Raisoni, MIT Pube, Sinhgad college of engineering Pune.

Getring CSE at top colleges look very low, Although for IT you havevery good prospects with following :
DJ Snaghvi Gujarati Quota
KJ Somaiya Vidyavihar Gujarati Quota
St. Francis Borivali
Father Agnel Bandra

Coming to lower end colleges you may have good chances for IT andCSE both with:
MGMC Navi
