As far as I know, you may get the college you want but still there may be some discrepancies since some colleges have a criteria of minimum 60% in HSC.

It is quiet difficult for you to get Information Technology and Computer Engineering at Usha Mittal Institute of Technology but you will surely get Electronics and Communication Engineering.

You can however get Chemical engineering at DJ sanghvi college of engineering under SC category.
You can also get collegrs like st. Francis Mumbai, Atharva Munbai, Rizvi College of Engineering, Anjuman islam saboo siddik college of engineering.

As per general category cutoff from previous years trends, anything above 150 shall convert yojr seat at ICT Mumbai.However since yiur score is low its extremely difficult.You can however get following colleges :
