Well, the MHCET is conducted by the maharashtra education board; and is primarily based on the state board syllabi of class 11 and 12. In the CET, there are 150 questions( 50 each in PCM) which have to be attempted in 3 hours. There are no negative markings. For

Hey dear as per last year trends you have good chances to get electrical then mechanical branch but still do give. A try maybe you will get mechanical

12th board marks don't matter in admissions. Considering you have got 60 marks in MHTCET; it is pretty unlikely that you will get admission in VIT, Pune. It is very difficult to get admission with these marks. You can check the following link to get rough idea about cutoffs.

Yes. ICT have All India quota for seats which are filled using JEE Main scores. The announcement for the same is done on their website/ DTE website. Please be alert and keep checking for it.
