Hi, sonal. Your choice is too good but due to outsider from Maharasthra ,very low chances to get GLC or ILS pune.as everyone wants to get admission in these colleges .but other colleges are also good as D Y patil.

According, to the new change 11th class will hold 20% weightage and 12th class will hold 80% weightage.

It is difficult to tell topic-wise weightage. You can solve mock test series as per the new pattern for your practice.
