According, to previous year you should try to score more then 170 marks in your MHT CET exam to get a rank under 500.

The official website of the university says that students can write either MHT-CET or give the JEE Mains Paper 1 and take further part in the admission process.
No preference is given.

as you got good rank in jee main and also got in other competitive exams as if you need seat or admission in coep engineering college you have to get avove 45 or 50 % in mhtcet to get cs branch thank you
