With a rank of 72,626 you wont be able to get admission for CSE in COEP.
In this case, you still have your CET marks in your hand. As per 2017 cut off for CSE< you should atleast get 179 marks in order to get admitted to COEP

Previous year Closing rank 2017 of MHT CET exam for admission in MIT Pune is less than 3000. Your score should be more than 100 to get admission in MIT Pune.

The expected rank cut off for 2018 to get into ILS, Pune in the Outside maharashtra category is 110-145. The cut off in 2017 was also a similar range.

I think you have a decent chance in MHTCET as you do have a good score in the former exam so i will advise you to go with the MHCET score and enrol in the counselling as something good is waiting for you.
