Only Maharashtra state candidates can apply for MHTCET 2018 to give it's exam.But other state students can apply for counselling with the help of jee mains score and can take admission in Maharashtra colleges.

No, you cannot. The admissions for B.Tech will be conducted on the basis of JEE Mains score only. MHT CET score is not accepted by VNIT, Nagpur.

Yes, there will be chances that you can get MIT Pune based on this score through MHT CET based on previous year cut off in general category.
Cut off marks varies as per branches as well.

In order to take admission in private engineering colleges of Maharashtra for outside students you can appear in JEE Main or MHT CET.
It is recommended that you should take admission through JEE Main as JEE Main candidate are preffered over MHT CET.

For the MHT CET 2018 Exam, the candidate must be of minimum of 17 years of age. According to the guidelines, the candidate must have been born on or before December 31, 1999.
