It is above average college but with this csore you can not expect very good colleges so you can go for it or you can also use MHT CET college preditcor to know your other best chances.

No you can get admission there.First ask question properly. You are not eligible to become an engineer. Ok if you filled option form then see your seat allotment on dte website
