Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you. Tech (Food Technology) Degree programme under VNMKV shall be on the basis of 70% marks obtained in CET conducted by competent authority [MHT-CET / JEE / NEET / AIEEA-UG] and 30% marks of total percentage at qualifying examination / (XII std. Science) and the other weightages will be as per the existing provisions / rules of MCAER, Pune.

However, I suggest that you prioritise them in the following sequence:

However, you may have to compromise with your branch preferences in some of the colleges. Also, as you are a SC category student, your chances of admission increase drastically.
I am sorry to say that you have scored pretty low percentile in MHTCET 2021. However, there are some of the colleges that may give you admission in their colleges for TFWS category. You will have to rigorously hunt them down and apply for them in DTE counselling procedure
