No, it is not cancelled it will be conducted in 2018. All the states will conduct their own entrance exam.
It is expected that application form will be released from second week of February 2018.

As per current news all state level exam will take admission through single entrance exam. There will be only one entrance exam for engineering admissions in 2018 but nothing is declared officially. So, wait for the official notification to be released.
