Hi Atul,
With the score of 50% there two colleges I can suggest:
1) The best college for you would be Thadomal Shahani Engineering College (Bandra). It exclusively offers B.Tech in AI and ML.
2) Sardar Patel Institute of Technology: This is a very good college but it lacks B.Tech in AI and ML.
Good Luck !
Dear Aiman,
. Apply for CAP Round Counselling
. Choose more private law colleges as options during counselling.
. Check for Management Quota seats in private colleges if financially possible.
. Consider reappearing in MH CET Law next year with better preparation to get into top colleges I mean
Hope this helps! BEST OF LUCK
Hi aspirant,
Predicting an exact percentage for an MHT CET score of 78 in 2025 is difficult because the percentile is determined by a number of criteria , including the difficulty level of the exam shifts, the total number of students that appeared, and the performance of the remaining applicants.
However, according to previous year trends and expert projections for MHT CET PCM marks vs. percentile, a score of 78 normally falls between the 75 to 85 percentile.
1. Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI), Mumbai
2. Sardar Patel Institute of Technology (SPIT), Mumbai
3. Government Polytechnic, Mumbai
4. Thadomal Shahani Engineering College (TSEC), Mumbai

Hello,
With 80 percentile in MHT CET and SC category, you have good chances to get admission in many engineering colleges in Maharashtra . Based on previous year trends, you may get branches like CSE, IT, ECE, Mechanical, or Civil in colleges such as:
DY Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi
Sinhgad College of Engineering, Pune
JSPM’s Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering, Pune
Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology, Pune
Government College of Engineering, Jalgaon or Chandrapur (for core branches)
Cutoffs change every year, so fill maximum choices during counselling for better chances.
Hope it helps !
A score of 91 in MHT CET often correlates to a percentile of 85-95 , though this can vary depending on the overall difficulty of the exam shift and the performance of other candidates .

You can also refer to the link given above for more information on the same.
All the best!
While official answer keys are released only after the exam, many coaching institutes and online platforms publish guess papers and their answer keys before the exam to help students practice. These are usually based on the previous year’s trends and important topics. For MHT CET, focus on core subjects—Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology—depending on your stream. Practice MCQs from guess papers, but make sure you understand the concepts rather than memorizing answers. Solving these papers under exam conditions will help you get used to the timing and pressure.
Best wishes for your preparation!
Hello Aspirant,
Unfortunately, with a 42 percentile in MHCET Law 2025, admission to ILS Pune is highly unlikely.
Here's why:
For the 5-year BA LLB program, the closing percentile for open (General) category candidates has consistently been around 97–99+ percentile, even in later CAP rounds .
Expected cutoffs for 2025 remain in the mid-to-high 90 percentile or both Maharashtra and Outside Maharashtra applicants .
With a score in the low 40 percentile, you're well below the cutoffs required for General category seats.
