Sit pune e and tc mht cet cutoff

Afreen 27th May, 2025

The MHT CET cutoff for Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (E&TC) at Sinhgad Institute of Technology(SIT) Pune can vary, but generally falls within the 80-90 percentile range for the General-Home State category. The specific cutoff may depend on the round of counseling and the availability of seats.

Factors Influencing Cutoff:

Branch Popularity: E&TC is generally a popular branch, so the cutoff tends to be higher.

Number of Seats: The number of available seats in E&TC can also affect the cutoff.

Performance of Candidates: The overall performance of candidates in the MHT CET exam plays a significant role in determining the cutoff.

Historical Data (Example):

In 2022, the last round closing percentile for E&TC at SIT Pune was 77.85.

In 2024, the last round closing percentile for E&TC at SIT Pune was 84.32.

Vasundhra 26th May, 2025

Dear candidate ,
With 80 - 82 percentile in MHT CET , you are unlikely to get Computer Engineering at AISSSMS COE Pune as the cutoff is generally higher . You can try for other branches or wait for later CAP rounds.

Can I get admission in AISSMS computer science if i got 80 to 82 percentile in mht cet

kumardurgesh1802 26th May, 2025

Hello there,

With an MHT-CET percentile of 80 to 82, admission to AISSMS College of Engineering for Computer Science may be difficult but not impossible.

Key points:

  • AISSMS Computer Science usually requires a higher percentile, often above 90, due to high demand and limited seats.

  • Your percentile may be sufficient for some other branches or colleges with lower cutoffs.

  • Admission also depends on factors like category, reservation, and availability of seats during counselling.

how many marks i am obtainin mht-cet for give admission in best bsc.agriculture college in maharashtra

kumardurgesh1802 26th May, 2025

Hello Vaibhav,

To get admission in the best B.Sc. Agriculture colleges in Maharashtra through MHT-CET, you generally need these marks:

  • General category: Around 115–120 marks

  • OBC/EWS category: Around 110–115 marks

  • SC/ST category: Around 100–105 marks

These marks are approximate and may vary each year. Scoring above 115 marks increases your chances in top colleges like College of Agriculture, Pune, and Rajshri Shahu Maharaj College of Agriculture, Kolhapur.

It is recommended to participate in all counselling rounds to improve seat chances.

Check official MHT-CET updates regularly for the latest information.

Best colleges and requirements from top colleges in Maharashtra from MHTCET(But I have scored low marks) and I just wanna know how to smartly participate in cap rounds or counselling??

Sujal Singh 23rd May, 2025

Even with low MHT CET scores, aim for less competitive but reputed institutes. During CAP rounds, prioritize colleges with lower cutoffs in earlier preferences. Stay updated with cutoffs, lock choices wisely, and keep backup options ready. Stay calm.

I got 81 marks in MHT CET 2025 PCM 19th April shift 1,how much percentile will I able to achieve??

Nikita shahi 2nd Aug, 2025

Hello,

Getting 81 marks in PCM is a decent score. The percentile can vary each year depending on the shift difficulty and how other students performed, but based on trends from past years, candidates scoring around 80–85 marks in the PCM group often land between the 92 to 95 percentile range. If your shift was comparatively tougher, your percentile might be higher even with 81 marks. But do remember, final percentiles depend on normalization done by the board. This percentile might get you admission in mid-level engineering colleges in Maharashtra especially private ones but for top branches in government colleges, the cutoff is usually higher around 98–99 percentile.
