No, you cannot use mhtcet 2020 results to get admission now in 2021 .
This is because,
Your MHT CET score is valid for only one year i. e the year in which it is conducted so, MHT CET 2020 score was valid for admission in 2020 only .
This year the MHTCET 2021 is reduced but its not said anywhere that it will be applied for 2022 also. As a result I would recommend you to prepare the whole syllabus for MHTCET 2022 and focus more on the reduced syllabus but don't leave the other parts. If at
