Your mht cet and jee mains score is too low, though you have obc certificate then also you are only eligible to take admissions in maharashtra's private institute.

For mht cet according to privious years cut offs you have chance in :

As your are an oms (outside Maharashtra state) candidate you have only 15% seats where you can take admission rest 85% is for Maharashtra candidates only or (Home state ) candidates so it will be difficult for you to get into decent college with good placements

Yes you can register for cap rounds in maharashtra both on the basis of Mhtcet as well as Jee scorecard , the one providing higher benefit will be selected automatically, as you are an oms candidate (outside Maharashtra State) you have 15 % seats available other 85% are reserved

Your mht cet score and jee mains scores are very low. Also you haven't told your category so its difficult to tell you what you may get. But assuming you are from general category, and domicile maharshtra you hav only chance of getting low ranked private institutions.

Ad you have mentioned that you have got 78 percentile in mhtcet and even if i consider your EWS quota still it is very difficult to get a seat in a good college Maharashtra and so I would recommend you to keep other colleges as a back up
