Yes,you can give JEE,NEET and MHT CET exams together in same year.But you must have domicile certificate of Maharashtra then it is recommended for MHT CET otherwise you can also apply for private colleges of Maharashtra through JEE mains and JEE main students are preferred over MHT CET.
