Minimum marks required to get admission in top colleges through MHT CET should be more than 150 for SC category students. State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra have high cutoff for really high for top colleges.

The State CET cell is yet to reveal a revised schedule for MHT-CET 2020 and other exams conducted by it. Yet a petition was filled in Supreme court of India for the postponement of the exams but the petition has been rejected. The revised scheduled will be published soon. Wait
In order to get admission in COEP, you have to secure more than 150 marks in MHT CET in general category. For admission in core courses, you have to secure more than 170 marks. It varies based on the number of students attended the MHT CET and the cutoff.

Firstly, in order to get admission by the councelling of MHT CET, you must appear and qualify for both MHT CET exam and JEE Mains.

Since you have completed your class 10th and 12th from maharashtra board so you can be applicabe for maharashtra candidate but you will need a domicile as a proof for it. That maharashtra is also your residence.
