Hitesh, JEE Mains is conducted at a National Level while MHCET is conducted at State Level. The Competition is higher at JEE Mains. So if you study for JEE Mains, it is pretty much easier for you to crack MHCET.

Ravi, the last date to complete the application form for MHT CET has been extended until 1st, June 2020 and the admit cards are scheduled to be released in the 2nd or 3rd weeks of June. Though there might be a correction window made available, it might not be applicable
