So I was also a PCMB student until last year. I cleared the MHT-CET 2019 with 95.78 percentile and now pursuing engineering. The pattern for the MHT-CET exam is like this-
50 questions of Maths (2*50 = 100 marks)
50 questions of Chemistry (1*50 = 50 marks)

yes, other state candidates may also apply for mhtcet exam, however there is separate seat reserve for non state candidates. and cutoff goes comparatively high for non domicile candidates.

YES, you can appear for M.H.T.C.E.T . Though you are learning in kota, you can appear for the exam in the nearby center. Students of any state are eligible for applying for M.H.T.C.E.T. But the students qualifying this exam will get admission only in the colleges of Maharashtra.
