Converting your MHT CET percentile score to marks maybe a bit difficult to calculate but you can easily calculate your rank from percentile. The formula for calculating rank is ((100-percentile/100)*(total no of students)) +1.

Yes if you withdraw your admission from the college where you submitted your fees and documents before the college starts then you will be refunded all the fees in a few working days.

Yes you can take the same seat even after round too . Or else you can apply for other colleges too while you have your seat .
Once you paid the fees acceptance seat , you cannot apply for other seat . So you can apply multiple times

If you want private colleges then that not require Cet entrance exam BSc agriculture but if you apply for government colleges then it's require your entrance exam.
