Can we prefer previous year cutoff rank for admission through Mht CET 2019? Because there are 2 extra reservations i .e. EWS and Maratha.

On the basis of the percentile mentioned by you, I suppose your state rank would be around 20,000. On the basis of this rank it is quite difficult to get into a government college for BPharm. Hence, I would recommend you to try for some private institutes and

The 65% just makes you eligible for the counselling process for admissions in engineering domain.

50 marks are too less actually. You may get admissions in many colleges but you may not get the placements.

It would be better if you look for other opportunities in the science field.
